avoid making management mistakes. Management mistakes

standards; lack of accountability; incorrect matching people
to the right jobs; not transitioning from worker to
manager/leader; not delegating; not recognizing achievement;
being inflexible; not creating clear job descriptions; lack
of vision; don't engage in strategic thinking and engaging
in micro management.
But, don't take my word for it.
