Retrofit Your
Fleet with Financial Help From The State Of California |

 The
State of California is assisting small businesses with a
fleet of 10 or fewer vehicles with financial assistance to
upgrade to quickly replace or
retrofit their older heavy-duty diesel vehicles.

Only vehicles with the 2002 or
older model year diesel engines may qualify for the program.
However, if you have vehicles with 1994-2006 model year
diesel engines they may be eligible for funding towards the
purchase of an exhaust retrofit.

The Truck
replacement grant range from $10,000 to $45,000. The
exhaust retrofit grant range from $5,000 to $10,000.
The Money can be used to fund the purchase of a replacement
vehicle that has a 2007 or newer engine. |

Other
criteria include:
- The fleet
must be owned and operated in California 75% of the time for
the previous 2 years.
- The fleet must consist of 10 or fewer heavy-duty diesel
vehicles.
- Vehicles must have a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating of 19,501
pounds or more.
- Operating a minimum of 15,000 miles per year or consuming
1,500 gallons of diesel fuel per year during the previous
two years.
- Retrofits must be ARB verified. |
