the Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision to uphold the
Health Care Law.
Chief Justice Roberts cited with the majority
that ruled that the individual mandate is not
unconstitutional.
Chief Justice Roberts delivered the opinion
of the court with respect to Part III-C, concluding that the
individual mandate may be upheld as within Congress's power
under the Taxing Clause.
