to the National Federation For Independent Businesses (NFIB)
small business optomism declined again in July 2012. In 1973
the NFIB initiated an index to measure small business
optomism. Since then the index averaged 90 since the
economic recovery which started in 2009. According to the
NFIB this rating makes it the worst recovery periof from a
recession it has ever recorded. Prior to 2008, the index
averaged 100, well above the curent reading. To learn more
