New Tax Filing
Due Dates for 2016 |
|
There are some changes to the tax filing date for small
businesses in 2016.
|
For Sole Proprietors the tax filing date is 18 April 2016
without being subject to penalties.
|
For Large Partnerships, S-Corporation and C-Corporations the
filing deadline is 15 March 2016.
There is an exception for corporations with fiscal
years that do not align with the normal calendar year.
For these corporations the due date is the 15th
day in the fourth month following their fiscal year’s last
quarter.
|
Remember that you can request a six month
extension.
If you file for an extension send your request with
an estimated payment by the due date.
There are penalties for filing late.
