This is where an organization is offering to help you find easy funding (that you may alaready pre-qualify for) for your startup/smallbusiness. But, in order to get the help you need to buy a funding kit. After you make payment, the kit never arrives. If it does arrive, you discover that it contains information that is already available for free.
