Dropbox is a great storage cloud.  It does not offer apps as a service.  It is only a storage location.  It is still an effective storage cloud for sharing data among employees in a small business environment.  It is easy to use and requires no technical expertise.

Google Drive

Google drive is one of the best public clouds for small businesses.  With this service you get the storage capacity you need at a low price and access to apps to perform virtually any function.  Many of the apps are free.

Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Office 365 is an effective small business public cloud.  However, you are limited to the Microsoft apps such as Word, Excell, PowerPoint, etc.  The outlook email is a great service.  This is service allow you to create your cloud on your own domain name so that your email and web page can reflect your domain name.
