Screen printing is a printing technique that forces ink thru a mesh pattern onto a surface to create an image. Areas of the mesh that forms the image is open to allow the ink to flow thru and transfer to the surface while other areas are blocked. This is the same concept as using the stencil method. uses a woven mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. A fill blade or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil, forcing or pumping ink into the mesh openings thereby creating the ink transfer.
