When it comes to choosing a type of
office space you have several options:
Dedicated Office Space
This is a lease/rented office space
dedicated to your business only and is not shared with
others. You are responsible for any services such as
Secretarial services, office management services, fax
and answering service, etc.
Serviced/Shared Office Space
This is a leased/rented office space
whereby certain services are provided for you by the
lease organization. Services such as secretarial
services, office management services, fax and answering
service, etc. You also share resources such as
conference room with other organizations in the
building. There are no long-term lease agreements. You
pay on a month-to-month basis. In addition to security
deposits there is usually a setup fee for the
Serviced/Shared Office lease/rental.
Virtual Office
Our Virtual Office service is
designed for those who need access to office space and
business services on an as-needed basis. Used by those
who work from home or somewhere else and want to project
an image of a larger, more professional organization
with an office in a prestigious location. Generally
these programs offer a mailing address, several hours of
private office or conference room use per month,
telephone answering, and courier and concierge services.
There is usually a setup fee for Virtual Office
lease/rental.
