Incorporating in a
particular State is done by filing with the respective
Secretary of State Office and/or Department of Revenue. It involves downloading the
file from the State’s website filling it out and mailing
it to the Business Department. In some States this can
be done online. Processing can take seven days to
several weeks. Expedited service (which comes with an
additional fee) can take one to three days. |
