Do these things to train your employees so that they have
the necessary skills to do the assigned tasks.
Develop a training plan for each position based on the job
description.
1. Identify someone to conduct the training with the
new employee.
2. Set aside time (30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.) on a
daily or weekly basis to do training.
3. You can also hire someone from the outside to come
in and give your employees the training they need.
