I am the only employee in my organization and I need to be able to access my data from anywhere.  I need to be able to work with Microsoft Word documents, spreadsheet, email and slide presentation.  I need to be able to access those files and applications and continue to work when I travel.

 

The solution to this problem is to use a "Cloud solution".  A cloud service will give you access to your data from anywhere at any time.  It is very inexpensive and comes with very good storage capacity.  With this solution you can avoid the cost of setting up a local network and establishing remote access to it.

Using your laptop or mobile device, connect to the Internet and access your resources in the Cloud using a USB wireless modem, Mifi Hotspot, Aircard or use the Hotspot feature on your phone.
